As part of the EDUCating for Positive Management project, work on two intellectual outputs has begun in earnest six months after the project's start. The first output is an online course administered by University of Potsdam called 'Management for the Digital Age'. The second output takes the form of a business application focussed on project management which is adeministered by Masaryk University, called 'Positive Business Game'.

The project EDUCating for Positive Management falls within the Erasmus+ programme and was kicked off in October 2020. The goal of the project is to integrate social and environmental aspects into managerial basics (including strategy, finance, accounting and marketing). Masaryk University is joined on this project by 5 other partner institutions of the EDUC alliance: Paris Nanterre and Rennes 1 in France, Pécs in Hungary, Cagliari in Italy and Potsdam in Germany.

Currently, activities are taking place which aim to create communication plans for individual target groups (students, academics, universities and business schools, companies and policy makers). Additionally, graduate students of international operative marketing in Paris Nanterre are working on further communication tools (such as social media). With the aid of an external evaluator, a plan of quality was created, with better integration of human aspects into performance indicators as one of its goals. This project also led to the creation of a subgroup led by Christophe Vignon of University of Rennes 1, focussed on research at the level of the International Association of Strategic Management in the area of management education.
