Our members organize a special track Customer Knowledge Management as a Solution for Product and Service Failure and Returns at 13th International Forum on Knowledge Asset Dynamics taking place at Delft University of Technology, Netherlands on 4-6 July 2018. This special track is part of our GA CR project Managerial approach to reduction of reverse flows in connection to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. You are welcomed to join the special track or the Forum.
